When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader so also the learned Standing counsel, Smt. K. Lalitha, for respondent No.4 that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.22001 of 2017, dated 20.07.2017, and a copy of the said order is also placed on record.

Following the above said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof by setting aside the common order, dated 28.11.2016, passed by the A.P. Endowments Tribunal, Pedakakani, in O.A.Nos.860, 861, 862, 863 and 864 of 2013 and the matters are remanded to the Tribunal for fresh consideration, after issuing notice to all the stakeholders. No order as to costs.
