THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.41734 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned Government Pleader on instructions, submits that the husband of petitioner namely Omer Farooq Mohammed has been arrested in connection with Crime No.366 of 2015 registered at Kamareddy Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 420 of IPC and presently, he is in judicial custody.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this Writ Petition.

Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed. It is open to the petitioner or her husband to take appropriate remedy for redressal of their grievance.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
