THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3112 of 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against CFR No.190 of 2015 in O.S. No.10 of 2002 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Asifabad. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the suit is now transferred from the Court of Asifabad to the Court at Luxettipet and there is no order passed in CFR No.190 of 2015. In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioners to comply with the office objections in CFR No.190 of 2015 and represent before the concerned Court at Luxettipet for appropriate orders. The office is directed to return the original documents filed along with this civil revision petition for presentation before the appropriate Court.
