Sri K. Ramachandra, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedies available under law. Permission is accorded and accordingly the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdraw granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available under civil and criminal law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition stand closed.
