31.07.2025 JSR, J Transferred to i/o folder, before corrections, if any I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) by the petitioner/accused seeking extension of time to surrender before the Station House Officer, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.8207 of 20225 dated 10.07.2025.
Heard Mr. S. Ravi Kiran Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender before the Station House Officer, Rural Police Station, Adilabad District, within the stipulated time, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.8207 of 2025 dated 10.07.2025. Unless the above said condition is relaxed, the petitioner will be put to irreparable loss and great hardship.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed the same.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to modify the condition No.8(i) of the order dated 10.07.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.8207 of that the petitioner/accused is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Rural Police Station, Adilabad District, on or before 07.08.2025. The other conditions remain unaltered except above. With the above modification, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is ordered.
