22.12.2021 LK,J I.A.No.1 of 2021 This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner/A7 directing to report before the Station House Officer concerned on every Sunday between 10.00 am and 11.00 am, till filing of the charge sheet, by order dated 20.10.2021 in Crl.P.No.7272 of 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the aforesaid condition regularly and that as the petitioner has undergone knee surgery on 30.11.2021, it is very difficult to her to comply with the said condition, as such, the said condition may be relaxed. On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is pending and the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. Taking into consideration the health condition of the petitioner, the aforesaid condition is hereby relaxed. Accordingly, I.A., is allowed.
