No representation for the revision petitioner. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order dated 14.8.2015 in E.A. No.225 of 2015 in E.P. No.8 of 2013 in R.C.C. No.10 of 2012 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nuzvid.

The petitioner/judgment-debtor in E.P. filed the present Civil Revision Petition on 16.9.2015.

Case status report would clearly show that the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nuzvid, by his order dated 24.02.2016 closed the Execution Petition pursuant to delivery effected on 23.02.2016, which was made absolute.

In such an event, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
