CVNR,J & GSP,J W.A.No.763 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ appeal is filed against order, dated 30.11.2017, in W.P.No.26018 of 1998.

The writ appeal was adjourned on a few times on the representation made by the learned counsel for both the parties that there is likelihood of an understanding being reached between the parties. Today, when the case is called, the appellant is personally present.
On instructions given by him, Mr.A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, has submitted that his client is agreeable for accepting respondent No.1 bank's offer made vide letter bearing No.AX21/ST/2012, dated 26.06.2012, of the Deputy Zonal Manager, Hyderabad Zone.

Mr.K.V.Simhadri, learned counsel for the respondents, has submitted that his clients have no objection to extend the benefits offered in the aforementioned letter.

In the light of the understanding reached between the parties as above, the Writ Appeal stands disposed of with liberty to the appellant to avail appropriate legal remedies, if the respondents do not comply with the offer made by them in the aforementioned
CVNR,J & GSP,J W.A.No.763 of 2018 letter, dated 26.06.2012, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ appeal, I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed by the appellant for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
