This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused No.11 seeking bail in Crime No.9 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Ongole I Town Police Station, Prakasam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 IPC, 4, 5 read with 2(c), Sec.3 of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (banning) Act, 1978 and Sec.5 of Andhra Pradesh Protection of Depositor of Financial Establishment Act, 1999.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner/A11 to file a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
