This appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, is filed by the appellants, aggrieved by the decree and order, dated 18.07.2012 passed in O.P.No.92 of 2010 by the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, whereby the subject O.P. filed by the appellants, under Section 7 of the Guardian & Wards Act, to appoint the appellants as guardians for the minor children Shreya and Satya Sarvani basing on a deed dated 05.02.2010 executed by respondent No.1 in favour of respondent Nos.4 and 5 and to direct respondent Nos.1 to 3 to hand over the custody of baby Shreya and also direct the adoptive parents respondent Nos.4 and 5 to hand over the custody of Satya Sarvani to the petitioners, was dismissed.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the wards viz., Shreya and Satya Sarvani have attained majority. Hence, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

Under these circumstances, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
