This writ petition was filed seeking admission of the petitioner into B.Sc. (Nursing Course) for the academic year 2013-14. Since 2013 no interim order has been passed by this Court. Further the said academic year has come to an end. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the passage of time the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
