THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G.SHYAM PRASAD Civil Revision Petition No.4156 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil revision petition is filed against the office endorsement, dated 31.05.2016, of the learned Principal District Judge, Nizamabad wherein the EP presented by the petitioner was returned inter alia on the ground that the award was not sufficiently stamped.

After arguing the case, Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought for withdrawal of the revision petition with liberty to his client to file a civil revision petition under Article 227 of the

Constitution of India questioning the District Court's Circular, dated 08.11.2011, as revised by Circular dated 22.04.2013. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
