In view of the Letter dated 02.06.2015 submitted by Sri Naresh Byrapaneni, learned counsel for appellant to the Registrar (Judicial) stating that the appellant intend to withdraw the appeal, and hence the M.A.C.M.A may be dismissed as withdrawn, this M.A.C.M.A is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.
