This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 43g of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail to the petrtioner who is arrayed as accused No.1 in the event of his arrest in Crinre No.6 of .2023 pending on the file of Station House Officer, \ Tripuraram Police Station, Nalgcnda District, filed for the offences punishable under Sections3B4, eJ;:nd 341 of Indian penal Code. 2.
Heard the learned counsel lbr the petitioner and learned Acciitional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-state. perused the record.

Since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable up to seven (7) years, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent-police are directed to carry out the investigation by strictly following the procedure as contemplated under Section 4l-A Cr.p.C and the guidelines formulated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar v.

State of Bihafscrupulously. It is needless to say, any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously. The petitioner shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in concluding the investigation. 4.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
