THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.3722 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the Election Notification dated 14.01.2017 issued by the 4th respondent to conduct the elections for Srikanyaka Parameshwari temple on 12.02.2017.

The 4th respondent is a private party. No writ lies against the private party.

In those circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate civil proceedings before the competent court. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
