HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 4010 OF 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not passing orders on the applications of the petitioners seeking regularization of their land in Sy.No.563/1 situated at Amberpet, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if need be.

Permission is accorded and Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition, if need be. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
