This Contempt Case is filed alleging non implementation of order, dated 23.07.2015, in W.P.No.20439 of 2015. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent produced before me a copy of letter, dated 11.09.2015, considering the representation, dated 30.06.2015, which was directed to be considered in the said Writ Petition.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Contempt Case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
