HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19995 of 2019 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not considering/disposing the petitioner's representations dated 26.11.2018, 07.08.2019, 20.08.2019, 04.09.2019 and 05.09.2019 requesting the respondents not to grant any construction permission to the 4th respondent in H.No.8-2-66/1, RNT Road, Warangal while the suit in O.S.No.144 of 2009 is still pending on the file of the Court of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to grant any construction permission to the 4th respondent till the disposal of the said suit." During the course of hearing, learned Standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent - Corporation submits that the representations dated 26.11.2018, 07.08.2019, 20.08.2019, 04.
09.2019 and 05.09.2019 submitted by the petitioner will be considered by the respondents in compliance with the provisions of the Telangana Municipalities Act and orders will be passed. Taking the above said submission into consideration, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representations dated 26.11.2018, 07.08.2019, 20.08.2019, 04.09.2019 and 05.09.2019 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as per law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
