The Court had dictated an order on the last occasion in the presence of counsel appearing for the applicants. This matter was thereafter kept today for some clarification on the Arbitration Agreement. However, no one appears on behalf of the applicants today.

Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents have opposed to the appointment of an Arbitrator since the lease deed was terminated on 01.08.2024. Counsel for the respondent submits that now the only claim of the applicants is towards damages.

List this matter on 25.06.2026 for hearing the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the applicants.
