No.5545 of 2016 ORDER : (ORAL) The present petition was first time listed before this Court on 24.11.2016 and at the request of the counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned. Again the matter was adjourned at the request of the counsel for the petitioner vide order dated 9.12.2016. However, on last date of hearing i.e., on 28.12.2016, appeared none on behalf of the petitioner and so is the position today. It seems the petitioner is no more interested to prosecute the present petition. 2.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. 3.
