HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER Crl.P. No. 6335 of 2017 O R D E R:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner - A1, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent - State and perused the record. There are specific allegations of additional dowry harassment and some other accusations against the petitioner. There are also allegations of torture, etc. against him. In view of the above, there is nothing to quash Crime No. 35 / 2017 of Yemmiganur Town Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 109 read with 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and 156(3) Cr.P.C.

At this stage, Sri K.J.V.N. Pundareekakshudu, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Permission is accorded.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
