THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21602 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has submitted an application for construction of a residential house on 10-02-2016 to 2nd respondent, but the said application has not been disposed of by 2nd respondent till date.

Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 states that the 2nd respondent will communicate its decision to the petitioner regarding the grant of permission on petitioner's application to petitioner within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order positively.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to communicate his decision to the petitioner regarding the grant of permission on petitioner's application for permission to make construction within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order positively. No costs.

4. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
