After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to take steps before the Endowments Tribunal.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
