ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the G.O.Rt.No.1887, Labour, Employment Training & Factories Department dt.26.09.2008 published in A.P. Gazete No.582 Final Notification dt.14.10.2008 issued by the 1st respondent and consequential order issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings No.AP/INS-II/52-00-033957-0001303/982015151, dt.08.09.2015 as illegal and arbitrary and against the provisions of Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 (for short 'the ESI Act') and consequently direct the respondents to stay all further proceedings of compliance under the ESI Act, 1948 in respect of petitioner School.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Government Pleader, represented that the subject matter in the writ petition is covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.6363 of 2009 & batch which is dismissed today i.e.,06.10.2015.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the same.

4. Having regard to the same, this writ petition is also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
