HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY Criminal Petition No.1412 of 2010 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings in C.C.No.203 of 2008 on the file of VI Additional Munsif Magistrate, Guntur, arising out of Crime No.2 of 2008 of Pedakakani Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 109 IPC, initiated against the petitioners/ accused.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to avail all the remedies available to them under law including filing of a petition for discharge, if charges are already not framed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
