THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.1975 of 2016 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction on the part of the trial Court in disposing of I.A.No.94 of 2016 in O.P.No.147 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the parties have compromised the matter and the trial Court disposed of main O.P. on 19.12.2016. In view of the disposal of the main O.P., the purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
