HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 6741 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent bank not to refix the seniority of the 3rd respondent as directed by the 1st respondent vide order dated 30.03.2002.

While admitting the writ petition, this Court granted interim suspension of the orders of the 1st respondent dated 30.03.2002, vide orders dated 12.04.2002 in WPMP No.8451 of 2002. A perusal of the record also discloses that all the petitioners have attained the age of superannuation.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and, accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
