Sri S.Dushyanth Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 20.04.2016 to the Registry seeking to post the matter under the caption of 'Withdrawal' on the ground that he had instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. Hence, today the matter is listed under the said caption. In view of the letter dated 20.04.2016 of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
