This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 26.08.2013 passed in M.C.No.86 of 2011 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-XII Additional District Judge, Guntur.
2. Crl.R.C.M.P.No.2094 of 2016 is filed to permit the petitioner and the first respondent to compromise the matter by setting aside the orders dated 26.08.2013 passed in M.C.No.86 of 2011.
3. The petitioner and the first respondent are present. Sri Chavali Ramanand, the learned counsel identified the petitioner. Sri D.Hanumantha Rao, the learned counsel identified the first respondent.
4. Both parties in the open Court submitted that they entered into a compromise at the advice of elders. The first respondent is the wife of the petitioner. The first respondent filed a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. seeking maintenance from the petitioner and the same was allowed by the trial Court by granting maintenance of Rs.12,000/- per month. It is purely a family matter.
5. Learned counsel for both parties with one voice submitted that the order dated 26.08.2013 passed in M.C.No.86 of 2011 may be set aside.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to dispose of the criminal revision case in terms of the compromise memo.
7. In view of the submission made by both parties and their respective counsel, Crl.R.C.M.P.No.2094 of 2016 is ordered. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the compromise memo and the order dated 26.08.2013 passed in M.C.No.86 of 2011 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-XII Additional District Judge, Guntur is hereby set aside. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
