Petitioner's grievance was that no elections were being conducted to the Managing Committee of 5th respondent Society even though an election notification had been issued by 2nd respondent on 28-08-2015. Learned Government Pleader for Industries and Commerce has produced before me proceedings Rc.No.2774/2015-E dt.16-12-2015 of the 2nd respondent notifying tentative poll schedule.

The petitioner's grievance has been redressed. In this view of the matter, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
