Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation.

The Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondents in re-considering the Application of the petitioner seeking building permission dated 20.07.2019 in respect of plot No. 920 in Survey Nos. 159, 161 to 169 admeasuring 196 square yards situated at Weavers Colony, Bhavana Nagar, Kapra Circle and Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District as per the orders in Writ Petition No. 37810 of 2015, as illegal and arbitrary. It is stated by the learned counsel on either side that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 19.04.2016 in Writ Petition No. 37810 of 2015. Therefore, for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to reconsider the building permission Application of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and the Rules and Regulations framed thereunder. No costs.
