When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent-Corporation that after filing of Writ Petition, the respondent authorities have inspected the subject land and issued a show-cause notice to the 4th respondent and they will proceed in accordance with law. 3.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to take action as per law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notice to all stakeholders Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
