O R D E R

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents and their subordinates in trying to dispossess the petitioners by interfering with their peaceful possession and enjoyment over plot Nos.9, 10, 11 and 12, admeasuring 1,086 sq. yards under Sy.Nos.119/P & 87/P, situated at Puppalaguda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following due procedure. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation submits that they are not interfering with the lands of the petitioners. Sri Y.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 states that they will follow due procedure before taking any action against the petitioners' lands.

In view of the aforesaid submission, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the lands of the petitioners without following due process of law. As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
