This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 21-12-2015 passed in Writ Petition No.41258 of 2015. Sri Mohan Reddy, learned Senior Counsel, on instructions, submits that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition itself with liberty to her to avail appropriate common law remedy and/or statutory remedy.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not have any objection for allowing the appellant to withdraw the writ petition with liberty as prayed.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to avail appropriate common law remedy and/or statutory remedy, if any, for redressal of her grievance. In view thereof, the order impugned in the writ appeal renders ineffective. Writ appeal is accordingly disposed of.
