Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that he had given a representation dt.10.08.2017 to 5th respondent for implementation of the subsequent sethwar in the Revenue Records in respect of the subject land; and that the 5th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 5th respondent will dispose of the said representation within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to dispose of the said representation within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
