HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No. 67 of 2015 ORDER:

In view of the orders passed by this Court in W.P. No.39935 of 2014 dated 16.04.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Revision.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application before the Chief Judicial Magistrate at Nalgonda informing the priority of the Income Tax Department with regard to the amounts frozen, which shall be dealt with in accordance with law. As sequel to it, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Criminal Revision, shall stand closed.
