HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NOS. 34918, 35115, 34992, 34964, 34963, 34962, 34944, 34925, 35155, 35176, 35139, 35117 & 35134 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

These Writ Petitions are filed challenging the notification inviting applications for the appointment of Fair Price Shop Dealers of various shops on the ground of rationalisation of fair price shops. The learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of the communication issued by the Commissioner of Civil Supplies, TS, Hyderabad, dated 27.10.2015 issued to all Collectors, Joint Collectors/ Chief Rationing Officer, Hyderabad and District Supply Officers stating that the process of rationalization of the fair price shops shall be completed at the earliest. However, the action for appointment of the fair price shop dealers may be kept in abeyance until further instructions.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in these Writ Petitions.

Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are closed giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the action of the respondents in filling up of the vacancies or notifying the vacancies, as and when further action is taken up by them. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
