THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION Nos.24786,24802 & 24815 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

These three writ petitions are filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in causing enquiry without any written notice and unilaterally revoking the caste certificates issued as far back as during the year 1983-92 without causing any proper enquiry under the provisions of the A.P (SC, ST & BC's Regulation of issue of community certificate Act, 1993 and Rules, 1997.

Perusal of the records clearly discloses that the petitioners did not approach the respective authorities seeking for detailed orders in these writ petitions which are required to be passed and there being no impugned orders before this Court, all the writ petitions are disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to file the reasoned orders/the orders that are alleged to have been passed by the respondents 3 and 4 and challenge the same in accordance with the law. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________________ JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM Dated:08.08.2017 Gk
