THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8265 of 2003 ORDER:

Heard.

An award, dated 27-06-2002 in I.D.No.74 of 1999 passed by the Labour Court-II, Hyderabad and published on 20-08-2002, directing reinstatement of the 1st respondent into service with 50% back-wages, continuity of service and all attendant benefits and imposing only a minor penalty of deferment of annual increments for a period of two (2) years, is under challenge in the present writ petition. When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned Standing Counsel for petitioner - Road Transport Corporation that pursuant to the impugned award, dated 27-06-2002, the 1st respondent herein was reinstated into service.

It is further submitted that after reinstatement, once again in connection with some other charges Disciplinary Enquiry was initiated against the 1st respondent herein, which eventually culminated in order of removal passed by the Depot Manager, Gajwel, Pregnapur Depot vide proceedings, dated 17-05-2003 and a copy of the said order of removal is placed on record by learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner corporation.

herein are not known and in view of the above subsequent developments, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.

Recording the above submission and in view of the above developments, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
