CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 15392 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A-1 under section 438 of Cr.P.C. to enlarge the petitioner/A-1 on bail in the event of arrest in Crime No. 137 of 2016 of Pulivendula Police Station, Kadapa district, registered for the offences punishable under section 498-A of IPC and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. Sri B. Rajavardhan Reddy, Learned counsel for the petitioner/A-1 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.
