HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8935 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.162 of 2017 of Jawaharnagar P.S, Rachakonda, which was registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 506 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 22.03.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Jawaharnagar P.S, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 16.10.2017 and case was registered as C.C.1156 of 2017 on the file of XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR No.162 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) There is no representation for petitioner.
