This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 1st respondent to take action against the 2nd respondent for making illegal and unauthorized constructions.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of the land in Sy.No.911 admeasuring Ac.0.10 guntas situated at Bhagat Nagar, Karimnagar, and he is in possession of the same. While so, the 2nd respondent encroached and occupied Ac.0.04 guntas in the said property and constructed a compound wall. The petitioner made a representation before the 1st respondent. But no action has been taken so far. 4.

Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"The 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation, if any made by the petitioner, and take appropriate action in accordance with law against the unauthorized constructions alleged to have been made by the 2nd respondent."
