O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed assailing the order dated 02.09.2016 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.738 of 2016. A direction was sought to the Tribunal to strike off the name of the petitioner in I.A.No.1688 of 2016 in O.A.No.738 of 2016 filed by ICICI Bank Limited.

It is now stated by Sri P.Sri Harsha Reddy, learned counsel for ICICI Bank Limited, that by docket order dated 02.06.2017, the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Hyderabad, dismissed I.A.No.1688 of 2016 as not pressed. A copy of the said docket order is placed on record.

In the light of this development, Sri Avinash Desai, learned counsel, states that cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits.
