2) The Criminal Petitions are disposed of, in pursuance to the earlier docket order dated 13.08.2015 discussing the scope of 207 (ii) Cr.P.C with reference to clause (v) in directing the learned Public Prosecutor to see that the documents being supplied to the petitioner as early as possible within twenty days, so as to proceed therefrom by the learned Judge.

3 ) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
