HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.30430 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent No.2 to pass orders on her representation dated 20.06.2016, releasing MINDRAY-DP 50-digital U/S Scanner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, for the aforesaid relief, the petitioner made representation dated 20.06.2016. However, till date, respondent No.2 has not considered and disposed of the aforesaid representation.

Learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 assured this Court that the representation made by the petitioner shall be disposed of within two weeks.

Keeping in view the averments made in the petition, and the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, I hereby direct respondent No.2 (District Medical and Health Officer, Anantapur) to decide the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2016 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. However, in the circumstances, without costs.
