I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed seeking permission to withdraw Second Appeal No.1035 of 2000.

Heard. Perused the record.

In view of the circumstances narrated in the affidavit, permission is granted to withdraw the second appeal. However, it is made clear that subject to the entitlement of the petitioner, he is at liberty to institute any proceedings before appropriate authority in accordance with law. This petition is allowed accordingly.
