HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This Court, by order, dated 13.02.2017, disposed of the Writ Petition No.3821 of 2017, directing the Government to consider the proposals sent by the Commissioner vide his letter Rc.No.1809/ (B4-2) PS.II-1/2012, dated 22.09.2016 and to pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.

Learned Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the Government in Memo No.13066/PS/A2/2014, dated 06.07.2017 according sanction to absorb the petitioner into aided Secondary Grade Teacher (Telugu Medium) Post. Consequently, steps were taken absorbing the petitioner. Thus, in view of the orders passed by the Government and the consequential orders of the District Educational Officer, Kurnool, the Court is satisfied that there is compliance of the directions issued by this Court.

3.

At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner sought to contend that petitioner is not granted consequential benefits. As there was no such direction issued, it cannot be said that the respondents have violated the directions of the Court in not granting the consequential benefits and petitioner has to independently work out his remedies, if so advised. Contempt Case is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
