THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 20088 of 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents and their subordinates in trying to dispossess the petitioners by interfering with their peaceful possession and enjoyment over Plot Nos.8 and 13, admeasuring 534 Sq.Yards, in Sy.Nos.119/P & 87/P, situated at Puppalguda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following due procedure. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation submits that they are not interfering with the lands of the petitioners. Sri Y.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 states that they will follow due procedure before taking any action against the petitioners' lands.

In view of the aforesaid submission, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the lands of the petitioners without following due process of law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
