This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is preferred by the petitioner seeking to declare the proceedings of the Tahasildar dated 30.11.2016 as null and void and also to declare the action of the respondent authorities in issuing the list of enjoyers dated 12.12.2016 without considering the representation of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent-The District Collector to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 16.12.
