ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking implementation of the order dated 17.12.2009 of the 1st respondent.

In the connected writ petition in W.P.No.7973 of 2010 it has been brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the notice issued on 17.12.2009 further surcharge orders came to be passed under Section 60 of the Cooperative Societies Act, on 17.07.2010 and the same were challenged before the Cooperative Tribunal in C.T.M.No.93 of 2011. The Tribunal vide order dated 17.10.2014 had set aside the said surcharge orders.

In that view of the matter, the relief sought by the petitioner to take action pursuant to the notice issued on 17.12.2009 stands redressed, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
